Our Cancellation & Weather Policy
At KLM TRAVEL, we understand that sometimes even the most carefully planned family vacations encounter unexpected changes. Because we are a local, family- owned agency committed to keeping our tour groups intimate and our experiences high-quality, we have a straightforward cancellation policy in place to ensure all of our guests are treated fairly. If you need to change your adventure, we simply ask that you reach out to our team well in advance.
Please note that any cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled tour departure time are strictly non-refundable. Once this 48-hour window has passed, all of our logistical arrangements with our captains, guides, and transfer vehicles have already been finalized, meaning we cannot offer a refund for last-minute cancellations or missed departures. We highly recommend double-checking your itinerary so you don't miss your beautiful day out on the Aegean!
If you need to adjust your plans and notify our team before that 48-hour cutoff period, we are more than happy to accommodate you. In this case, your cancellation will be processed, and you will receive a flexible KLM TRAVEL coupon to use toward booking your next trip with us. If the new excursion you choose costs less than your original ticket, you will not lose a single cent. We will gladly calculate the price difference and refund that remaining balance directly to you.
Whenever a refund for a price difference is issued, the money will always be transferred back to you using the exact same payment method you used to make the initial purchase. For your convenience and security, our agency accepts a wide variety of trusted payment options, including Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, direct bank transfers, and PayPal.
Finally, your family's safety is always our highest priority. If our experienced local captains determine that the weather or sea conditions are unsafe for sailing on the day of your coastal cruise or Symi trip, KLM TRAVEL will officially cancel the excursion. In the rare event of a weather-related cancellation on our end, we will work with you to immediately reschedule your adventure for a sunnier day or provide you with a full refund.
Note that the bus can wait for you up to 5 minutes of the scheduled time.If you are not present at this time , unfortunately we would have to continue the excursion normally.Try being 10-8 earlier present than the time shown on your pick up location.
