Cancellation Policy

1 ) Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service date, as well as non-arrivals (no-shows), will incur a 100% charge of the total booking amount. 2) Pickup & Departure Policy: The bus will wait up to 5 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. If you are not present within this time, the excursion will continue without you, and it will be considered a no-show. We strongly recommend arriving 8–10 minutes earlier at your designated pickup location to avoid any inconvenience. 3) Cancellations made 49 hours or more prior to the scheduled service date are eligible for a full refund or a discount voucher for future use.
